Do I Have To Use A Swing Speed Device With The 20-Minute Distance Fix?

I asked Q who is our Director of Online Instruction and this was his response:

"It is not a requirement to use a swing speed measuring device to do the 20-Minute Distance Fix but I recommend that you do use one."

You can make huge gains without one but we have found that those who do use one get more gains and do it more quickly.
