Ideally, you'd have both. In-person is great, but it's not affordable to have it as often as you want, whenever you need it. Video can't offer the same feedback, obviously, but it's always available to you at a super low price point.
In the end, we surveyed our members last year, 99% of whom are just using the videos and not working 1x1 with any of our instructors. These were the results from our typical member:
* Gained 11.2 yards on their drives
* Increased driver swing speed by 3.5 mph
* Dropped 1.8 strokes from their scores
Now, yes, if you worked in-person with Clay, I bet most people would gain at least 20 yards pretty fast instead of 11.2, but Clay charges $500 per hour and doesn't even offer lessons right now because he's so busy running 2 companies.
So, for what you pay for your All Access Membership, I think you'll find the value of the video instruction to be very strong.
And keep in mind we do offer unlimited reviews of your swing videos by a TSG Certified Instructor as an additional service for a very reasonable fee once you're an All Access Member (right now, they start at $125/month). Spots aren't always available, though.
So, it is possible to get both step-by-step video instructions and expert eyes on your swing all at a very affordable total price on TopSpeedGolf.com.
