When adjusting the volume, remember there are often three places to look; your computer's internal settings (usually an icon can be clicked in the bottom-right of your screen),
our video player's volume bars (at the bottom-right of the video screen -- see image below), and your speakers.
Check and make sure your sound is turned up and not muted in all 3 of those places.
If that still doesn't fix it, be sure your computer/device, operating system, and browser are all 100% up to date.
