My Office Hour Question Didn't Get Answered

You can submit questions for Office Hours up to an hour before it starts as well as during Office Hours.

If you're submitting questions outside of this time frame, then that may be why it's not getting answered.

If there aren't enough questions being asked during the Office Hours, then the instructor might go to the ones posted before, but that doesn't happen often.

Your question will have the best chance of being answered if you post it an hour before Office Hours begins.

For example, if you'd like your question answered for an Office Hours that starts at 9am eastern then we'd recommend you submit your question at 8am, so it is one of the first to get answered.
